Advertisements can be placed in the annual online book, which is available in different versions throughout the fundraising year with links to sponsors’ web sites or e-mail addresses. Advertising rates for the book are shown below:

There is no deadline for artwork to be submitted but sooner is better as we will be putting out several different versions of our online booklet as our event progresses
All ads must be supplied as per the following specifications:
- High-res PDF file built to exact size of the ad space selected. No need for crop marks or bleed
- CMYK ads only; no Pantones.
- Note we do accept ads built in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop
* Any ads supplied in dimensions other than those specified above may be readjusted to fit the space.
