David Dienesch

David is an M.B.A. graduate from the University of Toronto and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from McGill University. David is currently CEO and Chief Agent of Euler Hermes Canada.  His previous roles at Euler Hermes include National Sales Director and Commercial Director (Chief  Underwriter).  Prior to being employed at Euler Hermes Canada, David was Senior Vice-President for Aon Canada’s Credit Insurance Services division. David spent five years with AIG Global Trade & Political Risk where he was ultimately responsible for the company’s credit insurance business as the  Canadian Regional Manager.   He gained extensive international credit management experience, while employed as the Assistant Corporate Credit Manager at E.B. Eddy Forest Products Ltd. and as a Trade Credit Underwriter at the Export Development Corporation.  David has earned his Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation from the Credit Institute of Canada and is the recipient of the National Award in Mercantile Credit Management.

David’s business related volunteer activities being a Member of the Government of Canada’s Credit Insurance Industry Advisory Board. He is a Founding and active Board Member of the Receivables Insurance Association of Canada. He was previously a Board of the National Credit Financial Executives Forum.

David’s passions include his family and embracing an active lifestyle, as he is an avid cyclist, swimmer, and cross-country skier.
