Participant Info

You can register as a participant/curler or as a fundraiser. Registration options are:

• K4K Participant

  • $75 registration fee which includes a $25 income tax receipt.

  • All participants are expected to raise funds to meet their region's minimum fundraising target, with the registration fee counting toward this total.
    

• K4K Team

  • $300 registration fee which includes a $25 income tax receipt for each team member.

  • Teams are expected to raise funds to meet their region's minimum fundraising target, with registration fees counting toward the total.

    
    

• Kurling for Kids Fundraiser

  • No registration fee or minimum fundraising requirement

  • K4K Fundraisers are still eligible for all Fundraising Rewards

    
    

• Corporate Team

  • $2,000 registration fee with no minimum fundraising requirement (although additional fundraising is encouraged!).

You can purchase a ticket in one of our monthly K4K events at anytime, just make sure to also register at any time with no fee as a fundraiser. It's ok if you purchase tickets to a monthly event first, and then register as a fundraiser, but you MUST be registered prior to the date of any virtual events for which you have purchased tickets.

Absolutely! You can register and buy tickets for the virtual events for someone else. You can register as many people as you'd like, but you need to register everyone with their own unique email address.

As well, you can now register one or more members of your team at the same time! Just fill in your information completely and then click on SAVE & ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT

Choose your Kurling for Kids location from our Events and Fundraisers page. Once you have selected your location, click on the REGISTER button at the top of the screen.

Choose your Kurling for Kids location from OUR LOCATIONS and go to the LOGIN screen to recover your username and/or password. Click on USERNAME or PASSWORD depending on what you have forgotten, follow the steps and your username or password will be emailed to you.

Choose your Kurling for Kids location from the Events and Fundraisers page and click on the DONATE button and and select donate to a participant or team.

Search for any of your registered teammates, click on their name, and then you will be able to select JOIN TEAM

From the same page, you could also do a search of all existing teams.

Unfortunately no as the event needs to be scheduled and setup for all registered participants so make sure to register in advance. It's better for you because you'll have more time to reach your fundraising goal.

The K4K registration fee is $75. Participants are expected to raise funds to meet their region’s minimum fundraising target, with the registration fee counting toward this total. After registering, participants are invited to raise the additional funds needed to reach their regional target. We encourage everyone to fundraise as much as they can, as all proceeds support children’s hospitals.

Note: At some events, a portion of K4K raffle ticket sales may be used to cover event costs, ensuring that all donations go directly to help children.

This is what Kurling for Kids is all about - Raising Funds for Children's Hospitals! We put the "FUN" in fundraising. Our strength has always been in our numbers, and we encourage all participants to fundraise, with our team supporting you every step of the way to help you reach your goal.

Each curling participant is invited to raise funds to meet their region’s minimum fundraising target, with the $75 registration fee counting toward this total. Every participant’s effort makes a difference, and we know that together we can raise even more to support children’s hospitals.

All of the money you raise will go directly to changing the lives of children treated at the hospitals K4K supports.

Yes, you can register offline by downloading a mandatory participation form HERE, filling it in, and sending it by mail to:

Make sure to send in your offline registration early enough for the event for which you are registering.

You can also send it by email and it may be a good idea to let us know that your offline registration form is on its way by mailing us at info@kurlingforkids.org

Absolutely! By using the same username and password from the last time you participated in K4K, you will have access to all of your fundraising information including donors from previous years.

Note - to use the same username and password, you must follow the registration process, select your location HERE, click on on the REGISTER button at the top of the screen and then select your Location from the dropdown menu where you would like to participate.

Next you will be able to select ‘Individual Registration' if you are signing up as an individual, 'Join a Team' if you would like to join a team which already exists, or 'Create a Team' if you would like to be a captain of a new team.

Click CONTINUE and accept the legal waiver, and then on the top of the next screen which asks for all of your personal information, just make sure to click on RETURNING PARTICIPANT. Finally enter your username and password from a previous event, and you will have access to all of your fundraising information including donors from previous years.

The 6th Annual Montreal Kurling for Kids Golf Tournament is yet to be confirmed but will be scheduled in August 2026.

The 4th Annual Lennoxville Kurling for Kids Golf Tournament is yet to be confirmed but will be scheduled in September 2026.

The maximum number of participants per curling team is 5. You can create a team on your own and your other team members can join your team afterwards.

Yes, any contribution of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt. As well it will count towards your team fundraising goal!

If a donor mistakenly donates to your team and would like to transfer the donation to an individual participant, the participant or donor can contact us by email at info@kurlingforkids.org to have it moved.

Be creative! Participants and teams join Kurling for Kids for many reasons; you may be participating in honour of a child who has been treated at your local children's hospital.

Yes! Team names can be duplicated. However, to avoid having friends and family accidentally donate to the wrong team, we suggest making your team name as unique as possible.
